In those days men in Paris put on a nice cut suit virtually every day.  Jack made my job easy by donning a sartorial work that tailors from the golden age of Paris fashion would be proud to call their own. The beautiful bride on his arm is proof that the sharp dressed man gets the girl. Tiffany and Matt wanted to hire a photographer in Paris who could capture the quaint details that are unmistakably French. They added the team of Fete in France to to add a few details of their own to their wedding plans. Seriously, how cute is that cake?

Meghann wasn’t searching for a photographer in Paris when she found us. She was looking for a wedding dress. Her search lead to a collection of photos of a Vera Wang I shot at a Paris elopement. Looking though those photos, she became captivated with the idea of eloping to the city of love. A few months later, she was living out that fantasy. Above, you can see the bride in a laptop video-chat with her mother who’s across the Atlantic.  She’s sharing the excitement of her French bouquet. Meghann also pointed the webcam at us to prove she had two photographers to capture everything else to share with her mother later. These moments remind us why we’re capturing memories with images, and motivate us to always be the best wedding photographers we possibly can.

 

I love being a photographer for couples who elope to Paris. I’ve witnessed repeatedly that if you’re looking to splurge, you can do no better than tying the knot in the City of Love. A Vera Wang dress looks quite at home in the George V hotel. Your designer dress will find no better setting than this luxury-label district of the world’s fashion capital. Actually, look how great her gown looks in every Paris neighborhood we passed through.
